This is a full-time Maintenance Technician position at Virgin Active’s Waterstone Village club in Somerset West, Western Cape. You will be responsible for keeping the gym, facilities, and equipment in excellent working condition while ensuring safety and cleanliness for members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all preventative maintenance for equipment, including HVAC systems, gym machines, and pool facilities.
- Inspect the club daily to identify maintenance tasks, such as checking pool water quality and cleaning equipment.
- Oversee maintenance projects to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Lead a maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring quality control.

Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates with no prior experience required.
- Hands-on technical skills and willingness to learn essential.
- Comfortable working with tools and following maintenance schedules.
