We are looking for a Senior Concrete Foreman to lead concrete work on construction projects. Stefanutti Stocks, a construction company, is hiring for this role in Manzini, Eswatini. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all concrete-related activities on construction sites
- Oversee workers to ensure adherence to project plans, safety rules, and quality standards
- Regularly inspect concrete work and materials for compliance with industry requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create schedules and resolve issues
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain detailed records of daily progress

- Proven experience in concrete operations and construction team management
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, and application
- Leadership skills with ability to guide and support workers
