This job is for a Facility Manager at Virgin Active South Africa, located in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be responsible for maintaining gym and wellness facilities, ensuring member satisfaction, and managing maintenance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (fitness machines, pools, HVAC, etc.)
- Handle emergency repairs and ensure compliance with safety policies
- Monitor utility usage (water, electricity) to reduce waste
- Collaborate with the Club General Manager on maintenance budgets
- Lead the maintenance team and ensure brand standards are met

Requirements:
- Matric (NSC) qualification with advanced technical maintenance certification
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience managing maintenance costs and teams
