This job is for a Transport Operations Manager at Sun International, which runs the famous Sun City resort and entertainment complex. You will be based in Sun City, North West Province. The role is permanent, offering full-time employment with long-term security.

As the Transport Operations Manager, you will oversee all transport services at the resort, including buses, shuttles, and other vehicles. Responsibilities include ensuring safe and efficient operations, budget management, fleet maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. You will plan transport schedules, manage vehicle suppliers, track costs, and use technology to optimize operations. Safety compliance, emergency response, and team leadership are key aspects of the role.

Requirements include a diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management, with at least 8 years of experience in transport, fleet management, logistics, or operations. Strong skills in team management, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, and communication are essential. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and transport management systems is advantageous.
