This job is for a Service Ambassador at Virgin Active in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will be the friendly face of the club, ensuring members have a great experience every time they visit. Your role includes welcoming members, answering questions, controlling access, and assisting with digital tools like online classes. Requirements include Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification, successful completion of Reception Academy training, digital tool proficiency, and a valid First Aid Level 1 certificate.
