This job is for a Service Ambassador at Virgin Active’s Brackenfell club in Cape Town, Western Cape. You will work 45 hours per week in a permanent role, helping members have the best experience possible at the gym. Your job is to make sure everyone feels welcome, informed, and supported while using the club’s facilities, whether it’s the gym floor, studios, pool, or lounge areas. You’ll also help keep members engaged with the club’s digital and in-person offerings to ensure they stay happy and keep coming back.
