This job is for an Intermediate Foreman in the construction industry. A well-known building contractor based in Cape Town is looking for experienced foremen to help manage and supervise building and renovation projects. The role is full-time and based in Cape Town.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Lead and guide teams of workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety rules and construction plans
- Verify work aligns with building drawings and quality requirements
- Maintain clear communication with teams, subcontractors, and project managers

**Requirements:**
- 3 to 10 years of experience in building construction
- Experience with renovation, refurbishment, or alteration projects
- Familiarity with construction trades (finishes, plumbing, electrical work, demolition)
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate subcontractors
- Understanding of construction drawings, site procedures, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
