Stadio Higher Education is looking for a Module Coordinator Lecturer to oversee and teach two specific modules: Education Leadership, Management and Change: Theoretical Perspectives and Research in Education. This role is based in Cape Town, Western Cape, and will be fully remote. The position is permanent and starts on January 1, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update study materials (study guides, textbooks) aligned with latest research and teaching standards.
- Design and manage assessments (exams, assignments, projects) and ensure fair marking.
- Mark a minimum of three assessments to refine marking guidelines.
- Design and maintain online learning environments, including live sessions and guest speakers.
- Supervise postgraduate students (honours/master’s research projects) and conduct own research.

Requirements:
- PhD in education or related field with published research.
- Minimum 2 years of module coordination experience in tertiary education.
- Experience supervising postgraduate students and applying instructional design principles.
- Strong teaching, assessment, and study material development skills.
