This is a full-time Senior Manager position in ICT Operations at the Border Management Authority (BMA) based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role involves overseeing all ICT operations to ensure smooth and secure technology services for border management activities, including biometric systems and traveller processing at ports of entry. Responsibilities include managing ICT incidents, leading the service desk team, overseeing LAN/desktop support, monitoring service availability, maintaining ICT asset records, coordinating operational changes, implementing continuity procedures, managing contracts, preparing reports, and leading the ICT Operations team. Requirements include a Matric certificate, an undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 7 in Computer Science/IT, 5+ years of relevant ICT experience, ITIL Foundation Certification, and knowledge of ICT operations, service management, and cybersecurity controls.
