This job is for a Showroom Manager at homechoice, a well-known South African homeware retailer. The role is based in Segonyana Mall, Kuruman, in the Northern Cape. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring sales targets are met, customers are happy, and the team performs well.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales performance to meet targets, budgets, and growth goals.
- Lead daily team meetings, set sales priorities, and monitor team performance.
- Coach the team on upselling, cross-selling, and increasing average basket value.
- Execute promotions, deals, and campaigns to boost sales.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through product knowledge and complaint resolution.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and showroom cleanliness.
- Manage finances, expenses, stock levels, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of retail/sales experience with 5 years of team leadership.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification, preferably tertiary in Retail/Sales/Marketing.
- Strong computer skills (retail systems, Microsoft Office).
- Flexible hours (weekends/holidays), clear criminal/credit record.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
