As a Pet Sales Consultant, your main job will be to help pet owners find the right pet insurance for their needs. You will talk to customers, listen carefully to what they want, and explain how pet insurance can protect their pets. To do this job well, you need to be a good communicator who can quickly build trust with people. You should enjoy talking to customers, turning conversations into sales, and working hard to meet targets. A strong work ethic, energy, and the ability to handle pressure are important. A Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent is required. Good writing and speaking skills are a must, and any experience in sales or customer service will be helpful.
