Stadio Higher Education is opening a new campus in Rustenburg and is looking for a Head of Campus to lead and grow this exciting new project. This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for setting up, running, and expanding the campus. The job is based in Rustenburg, North West, and you will start on 4 January 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and day-to-day operations of the campus
- Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and growth strategies
- Oversee financial health, student experience, partnerships, and compliance
- Set up new campus from the ground up, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations
- Work with marketing and recruitment teams to attract students
- Improve student retention, wellness, and engagement

Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience managing a higher education campus
- Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
