This job is for a Branch Manager at Pepkor Lifestyle, part of the Bradlows retail group. You will be responsible for running a retail store in Vryburg, North West, like it’s your own business. The role is permanent, offering long-term stability for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily sales and profit targets through strategic decision-making and budget management.
- Maintain store standards through visual merchandising, promotions, and morning team meetings.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with regular one-on-one meetings and digital training programs.
- Handle cash operations, stock management, and compliance with health/safety regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and monitor online reviews.

Requirements:
- Matric certificate (minimum).
- 3-6 years of retail experience, preferably in leadership/management.
- Strong decision-making, team leadership, and stress management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and retail systems (SAP/SAS).
- Knowledge of Companies Act, National Credit Act, and POPIA.
