The company creates new ways for customers to handle their payments easily. You will work in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, and the role is permanent.

What you will do:
- Collect and document rules and requirements for new payment features, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
- Map out company processes and workflows for easy team adoption.
- Assist with project execution, ensuring proper testing of new features before launch.
- Monitor compliance with planned standards and continuously improve team workflows, tools, and problem-solving methods.

What you need:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments (banking, digital payments, or card systems).
- Relevant university or college qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, and Visio for documentation and tracking.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.
