AVBOB, a well-established insurance company with over 100 years of history, is looking for a motivated and results-focused Department Head to lead the Operations Support Insurance team. This role is based in Centurion, Gauteng, and involves managing key areas like compliance, regulations, systems, and team leadership to ensure smooth operations and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure FAIS compliance, manage FSCA Central Register, and oversee annual FSCA levies.
- Govern critical systems like Sinawe and Broker Connect, including change management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitor minimum wage compliance, representative debt, and coaching administration.
- Develop operational controls, risk management, and reporting processes.
- Lead, train, and manage a team while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- 6 years of leadership experience, with 3 years supervisory and 3 years in insurance.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
