What the job is: This job is for a Site Manager to work at Supreme Poultry in Botsheboelo, Free State. Ecowize, a company that provides cleaning services, is looking for someone skilled and experienced to manage their operations at this site. The role is permanent and involves overseeing daily cleaning and hygiene work to ensure everything meets strict food safety standards.

What you will do: You will be responsible for managing all daily operations at the site, ensuring the facility is cleaned to the highest food safety standards. This includes checking and recording inspections, tests, and customer feedback. You will handle the site budget and staff schedules, ensuring the right number of workers are on duty. You will manage the team, solve staff-related issues, and provide training. Safety compliance and continuous improvement are key responsibilities.

What you need: Grade 12 (Matric) required. Experience in deep cleaning and wet plant environments is essential. Management or food technology qualifications are a plus. Must have reliable transport, strong English communication, and administrative skills. Experience in FMCG or cleaning industries preferred.
