What the job is: This is a full-time Trainee Manager position at Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Klerksdorp, North West. You will learn how to manage a retail pharmacy store under the guidance of an experienced store manager. The role involves hands-on training in all aspects of running a pharmacy, including stock management, customer service, and daily operations.

What you will do: You will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day running of the store, including managing stock levels to ensure products are always available for customers. This includes receiving deliveries, checking stock counts, and maintaining well-stocked shelves with FMCG, health, and beauty products. You will assist in setting up promotional displays, ensuring prices and labels are correct, and supporting sales targets by working across departments. Additional responsibilities include cash handling, customer service, staff scheduling, and participating in training programs.
