Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited is looking for a Print Production Manager based in Midrand, Gauteng. This role involves managing the entire process of creating, finishing, and delivering marketing materials for Dis-Chem’s various platforms, including retail stores, pharmacies, clinics, insurance, promotions, and events. You will lead a team responsible for ensuring that all creative work is accurately adapted, produced, and sent to the right places on time.

What you will do:
- Oversee the entire production process, from receiving creative designs to printing, finishing, and distributing materials like in-store signage, POS items, campaign materials, and clinic/pharmacy assets.
- Work closely with the Creative Studio Traffic Manager to align production schedules with creative deadlines and campaign priorities.
- Plan production based on workload, ensuring all materials are made using correct materials, finishes, and techniques.
- Manage the production team (administrators, designers, finishing staff, distribution managers) to ensure smooth workflows and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with teams like Promotions, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative Studio to align timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency in production processes while ensuring all materials meet brand and legal standards.

What you need:
- Degree or diploma in Print Production, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in print or production, with 3+ years in leadership/team management.
- Experience in retail or multi-channel production environments.
- Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print machines, substrates, finishing processes, and distribution logistics.
