This is a full-time job opening for a Technical Support Specialist at iStore, Africa's largest Apple Premium Reseller. You will work at the Novare Central Mall location in Abuja, Nigeria. Your role will focus on helping customers with their Apple devices, ensuring they get the best support and solutions. You will provide hands-on technical help for Apple products like iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories, including fixing software or hardware problems, explaining device usage, and guiding customers through troubleshooting. You will manage customer service requests, book repairs, and maintain records of interactions. Staying updated on Apple's latest products and support methods is part of the job. You will work closely with other teams to ensure customers receive prompt and efficient assistance. Qualifications include a Nigerian Senior Secondary WAEC or SSCE certificate, preferably with an IT-related certification or diploma. At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service is required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
