What the job is: This job is for a Visual Merchandising Manager at Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited, based in Midrand, Gauteng. You will be responsible for ensuring stores look attractive and align with the brand’s style, enhancing the customer shopping experience.

What you will do: Plan and organize visual displays (window decorations, shelf displays, promotional stands) across all Dis-Chem stores. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns on time, manage production/installation of displays, and ensure quality standards. Work with category managers, store teams, and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency. Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for future improvements.

What you need: A degree or diploma in marketing, visual merchandising, design, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of retail marketing/visual merchandising experience, with 3-5 years leading large projects (e.g., store rollouts, supplier coordination). Strong retail display design skills, ability to create eye-catching promotional materials, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Attention to detail and clear communication are essential.
