Sentraal-Suid Co-operative Ltd (SSK), a co-operative organization based in Swellendam, Western Cape, has been serving its members for over 95 years. They focus on agriculture, financing, and supporting farmers with services like financial advice, veterinary care, and agricultural expertise. SSK is looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead their technology and digital initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Swellendam.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead SSK’s technology strategy to support company growth and efficiency.
- Develop and implement digital transformation plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage IT operations, cybersecurity, and data governance.
- Oversee technology investments, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
- Advise the Executive team and Board on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.

**Requirements:**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
- 10+ years of IT/digital transformation experience.
- Strong background in enterprise technology strategies, cybersecurity, and IT risk management.
- Experience managing technology budgets, suppliers, and large-scale programs.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
