Job Description
This role involves managing day-to-day operations of protected areas and conservation projects in Mozambique and nearby regions. Responsibilities include supporting park management teams, ensuring operational systems and budgets are properly managed, and coordinating with project teams to solve problems. Key tasks involve assessing protected area needs, supporting basic park operations, planning/budgeting/reporting, risk management, and representing Peace Parks at meetings. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, project management, conservation, or related fields, with 7-10 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project management, preferably in conservation or international NGO settings.
