This job is for a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Advisor at CBRE Excellerate, a leading company in commercial real estate services. You will work at the Nike Soweto Shapa Stadium in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role focuses on ensuring the site follows all safety, health, and environmental regulations while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve QHSE management systems at the Nike Soweto Shapa Stadium, ensuring compliance with Nike, CBRE, and South African laws.
- Handle day-to-day QHSE tasks, including safety advice, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Manage high-risk activities through permits for tasks like working at heights, electrical work, confined spaces, and hot works.
- Organize training for staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety rules.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance and address any issues found.
- Oversee contractors to ensure they follow safety protocols and maintain records.

Requirements:
- National Diploma in Safety Management or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
- Professional registration (e.g., IoSM, Saiosh, SACPCMP).
- Minimum 5 years of QHSE experience, preferably in facilities management, commercial, retail, sports, or construction.
- Knowledge of South African health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Experience managing permit-to-work systems.
