What the job is:

This job is for an Operations Assistant at Flamwood Walk, a shopping center managed by Broll Property Group. You will work in Klerksdorp, North West Province, and your role will involve helping to keep the center running smoothly. What you will do:

As the Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily activities of the shopping center. This includes handling leasing contracts, working with maintenance teams, and ensuring all buildings, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained. You will coordinate services from outside contractors like cleaning, security, and repairs, and handle tenant complaints and emergencies.

What you need:

To do this job, you need to have completed Matric (Grade 12). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Experience with computers and maintenance equipment is important.
