What the job is: This is a full-time job as a Merchandiser at Dis-Chem Pharmacies in the Waterfall store located in Midrand, Gauteng. You will be responsible for keeping the store well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing while ensuring customers receive excellent service. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to start their career in sales and merchandising.

What you will do: You will be in charge of making sure all products are neatly arranged, visible, and easy to find for customers. This includes restocking shelves as needed, checking product sell-by dates, organizing stock properly, and maintaining store appearance. You will also assist with stocktaking, reporting damaged/expired products, training new staff, and handling deliveries.

What you need: To apply, you need to have completed Matric (Grade 12). Retail experience is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable using a computer, willing to work retail hours (including evenings/weekends), physically fit to lift heavy boxes, and have reliable transport. Bilingual skills and FMCG knowledge are advantageous.
