This is a permanent Collections Agent position at Unifi, a company that provides simple and fast personal loans across Africa. Based in Bellville, Western Cape, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them with their loan needs and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly and clear approach
- Process loan applications and assess client affordability
- Explain loan terms clearly to clients
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and with care
- Manage complaints with patience and urgency
- Assist clients with overdue accounts to find repayment solutions
- Maintain accurate client records in company systems
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone or email

Requirements:
- Matric certificate (minimum)
- Bonus: Qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience (sales/retail preferred)
- Understanding of basic financial/credit concepts
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer-first attitude with kindness, urgency, and respect
