This job is for a Dealer Principal at the Volkswagen dealership in Midrand, Gauteng. You will be responsible for running the dealership and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with Motus Corporation, part of the Volkswagen and Audi business group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dealership team, focusing on customer service and sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership goals.
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, cost tracking, and profit analysis.
- Ensure proper inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers.
- Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Requirements:
