You will manage billing data for a major South African financial institution’s contingent workforce process, ensuring accuracy in billing, handling exceptions, and maintaining strict controls. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying billing data, validating rates, purchase orders, timesheets, and invoices, managing purchase orders and contracting, handling billing files, and performing reconciliations. You will investigate exceptions, document work clearly, and create monthly reports on billing accuracy. The role requires a degree/diploma in finance/accounting/commerce or equivalent experience, 7+ years in billing/accounts payable/receivable/reconciliation, and proficiency in Excel, ERP, and timesheet/invoice systems. Experience with contingent workforce platforms is a plus. The position is contract-based, offering exposure to a high-volume billing environment and collaboration with finance teams.
