This is a Senior Software Engineer position at ARC AI, a company under Badger Holdings, based in George, Western Cape. The role focuses on building real-world AI systems that go beyond simple demonstrations. You will work on AI agents designed to operate independently in business environments, handle real customer interactions, and deliver measurable results in a regulated insurance setting. This is not about creating prototypes or internal tools—it’s about shipping products that work in production.
