This is a full-time position for a Senior Finance Manager in property management at Excellerate JHI, a leading real estate services company based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The role involves leading the financial management of the Client Portfolio Financial team, ensuring strategic financial partnership with business, tenants, and clients. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance of property portfolios, managing financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate must have a Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification, 5+ years of post-articles finance experience in property management, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial reporting, IFRS, and SAP platforms.
