Assmang is looking for a skilled and dedicated supervisor to oversee outsourcing services at their Black Rock Mine Operations. Located about 80 kilometers northwest of Kuruman in the Northern Cape, this role offers a chance to grow and develop within a well-established mining company. The supervisor will ensure that outsourced services meet agreed standards and contracts, supporting the smooth operation of various facilities for employees and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inspections of tools, equipment, and work areas, reporting issues and suggesting improvements to the General Engineering Services (GES) team.
- Participate in change initiatives, provide feedback, and offer practical suggestions to improve daily tasks.
- Ensure daily maintenance schedules are followed and document maintenance issues for repair.
- Oversee contractors managing key services: club facilities, bars, laundry, waste removal, sports fields, gardens, and accommodation.
- Ensure bar compliance with liquor license laws, facility cleanliness, and safe waste disposal.
- Manage SACCO/SIMOTOMO entertainment center, library, and recreational areas across Black Rock Village, Santoy, Schoonspruit Village, and other mining areas.

Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric) with a trade certificate (Dover B Symbol).
- Valid driver’s license (Code B or EB).
- Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship experience in mining/plant environment.
- Minimum 6 years supervisory or foreman experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with contractors/teams.
