What the job is: This job is for a Sales Assistant at the PEP store located in Giyani, inside Masingita Mall. PEP is looking for someone who enjoys working in a team to help sell products, keep the store running smoothly, and ensure customers have a great shopping experience. The role is permanent, and you’ll be part of a busy retail team working hard to meet the store’s goals.

What you will do: As a Sales Assistant, your main job will be to help increase sales by giving excellent customer service. This means greeting customers warmly, maintaining a clean and inviting store, and keeping products neatly arranged. You’ll also verify prices, set up promotions, and prevent losses through theft or errors. You’ll handle cash transactions, work efficiently, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.

What you need: To apply, you need to have passed Grade 12 (Matric). Strong English communication skills are essential. While not required, 1-2 years of retail experience is advantageous. Computer skills for stock checks/reports are helpful. A strong work ethic, honesty, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
