What you will do: You will be responsible for running the asphalt plant efficiently and safely every day. This includes meeting production targets, maintaining high product quality, following safety and environmental rules, leading the team, and building strong customer relationships. You will also develop strategies to improve operations and reduce waste.

What you need: To qualify, you should have a degree or diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in plant management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and South African citizenship are required. Knowledge of civil regulations and Microsoft Office is also needed.
