This is a Loan Consultant position at Unifi, a company offering simple and fast personal loans across Africa. Based in Dodoma, Tanzania, you will be the main point of contact for clients visiting the branch, assisting them in understanding and accessing loan products. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and guide them through the loan process clearly.
- Explain loan products honestly and ensure clients fully understand their commitments.
- Collect client information accurately and maintain complete documentation.
- Handle cash, client records, and sensitive information with responsibility and integrity.
- Assist with collections by following up respectfully and helping clients repay loans.
- Maintain branch cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Unifi standards.
- Promote Unifi products in the community and provide feedback on improvements.

Requirements:
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (not strictly required).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing, sales, or retail roles.
- Comfort with basic financial and credit concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Client-first mindset with patience, calmness, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage workload, follow processes, and work as part of a team.
