This job is for a Spares Advisor at Defy Appliances, a company specializing in home appliances. You will work in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, assisting customers with finding and purchasing spare parts for their appliances. Your role involves ensuring customers receive the correct parts promptly, whether in-store or via phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell spare parts at correct prices and ensure positive customer experiences through friendly service and product explanations.
- Maintain communication with key customers, offering promotions and processing orders.
- Support the service team by managing warranty-related spare parts, tracking customer orders, and ensuring timely dispatch and payment.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Organize stock by conducting regular counts, ensuring proper placement, and reordering parts as needed.
- Assist with stock checks for delivery vans and complete paperwork (invoices, receipts).
- Occasionally fulfill small orders and perform other spares management tasks.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or inventory management preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for daily customer interactions.
