This job is for a Spares Advisor at Defy Appliances, a company specializing in home appliances. The role is based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and involves assisting customers with spare parts for appliances. The position is permanent and full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell spare parts to customers at correct prices, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ensure customers receive friendly and helpful service.
- Explain product functionality and provide technical advice when needed.
- Manage key customer relationships by maintaining contact, offering promotions, and processing orders.
- Support the service team by ensuring spare parts availability for warranty repairs, managing customer waitlists, verifying orders, and facilitating timely dispatch and payment.
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting payments and reconciling invoices.
- Maintain accurate records, including proof of delivery, invoices, and credit notes.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reorder inventory as needed.
- Assist with minor tasks such as workspace cleaning and stock verification in delivery vans.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or stock management.
- Strong numerical and computer skills for order and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions, both in-person and over the phone.
