This job is for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst and Developer at Wackys, a restaurant company. You will work at their Durban head office and help build a new BI team from the ground up. The role is full-time and involves creating reports, dashboards, and data solutions to help the business make better decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build Power BI dashboards showing sales, profits, and store performance
- Pull data from different systems using SQL and combine it into useful reports
- Automate manual reports to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Maintenance, and Labour teams to understand data needs
- Analyze sales and transaction data to identify business improvement opportunities
- Ensure all reports come from a single trusted data source

Requirements:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel
- Familiarity with POS systems and data warehouses/ETL tools
- Experience in multi-site restaurant, retail, or quick-service environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
