Responsibilities:
- Manage all workshop activities to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality task completion
- Provide technical guidance and support for machinery repairs and maintenance
- Improve workshop productivity through workflow and resource organization
- Handle customer service inquiries and ensure quality support
- Train and develop team members

Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Qualified Tractor Technician with 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery
- Strong technical knowledge of farming equipment (John Deere systems, JCB machinery)
- Good communication skills for daily staff and customer interactions
- Basic computer skills and conflict management abilities
- Experience in mentoring and supervising workshop staff
