Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the point of sale using the Dis-Chem operating system.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash, cards, vouchers, and coupons.
- Manage cash securely, count it properly, and deposit it in the drop safe per company rules.
- Report suspicious activity and ensure all transactions are supervisor-approved when needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries about store products.
- Follow Dis-Chem’s 5-star communication principles for excellent service.

Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) completion.
- Basic experience with till operations (6 months preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong math skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Customer service skills and ability to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Reliable transport or proximity to the store.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
- South African citizenship.
- Bonus: Knowledge of another language.
