Hire Resolve is looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join their client’s team in KwaDlangezwa, near Empangeni in KwaZulu-Natal. This is a full-time position with a well-known engineering company working on building projects in the area. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage costs, timelines, and contracts for construction projects. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, negotiating contracts with suppliers/contractors, tracking project expenses, and collaborating with design teams for cost-effective solutions. You may also resolve payment disputes or project change-related issues.

Requirements: At least six years of experience in building projects, a degree in Quantity Surveying, SACQSP registration, and familiarity with the NEC framework. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
