What the job is

This is a full-time position for an Inventory Processor at Aspen Pharma Group, based in Gqeberha. The role focuses on managing the entire order process, from customer orders to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

What you will do

You will handle the full Order-to-Cash process, including customer forecasting, processing sales orders, and managing inventory for finished products. You will ensure accurate and timely order processing, stock allocation, invoicing, and customer collections. You will also monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and manage risks like expired or blocked stock. Coordination with teams such as Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance will be key to ensuring products are delivered on time. Additionally, you will maintain customer data in SAP, prepare and validate reports like invoices and packing lists, and resolve any supply chain or customer service issues. You will also ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards while driving improvements in processes.

What you need

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field. You need at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, a relevant field, or the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management is required, and prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage.
