What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Senior HR and Payroll Software Consultant at iOCO, a technology company based in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role involves working with clients to implement and support HR and payroll software solutions. You will be part of a team that helps businesses improve their HR and payroll processes using modern technology.

What you will do

You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and prepare detailed documentation of their requirements. You will configure and implement the Symplexity HR and Payroll software modules based on client specifications. You will conduct internal and user acceptance testing to ensure the system works correctly. You will also manage project activities, provide updates, and handle service requests. Training clients on how to use the software and offering ongoing support as per service agreements will be part of your role. Travel to client sites may be required depending on project needs.

What you need

You must have proven experience in HR and payroll environments, with a strong understanding of HR and payroll terminology, as well as statutory and legislative knowledge. Experience in implementing HR and payroll technology and preparing business requirement documents is essential. You should also have a background in customer or client service within HR and payroll settings. A Grade 12 certificate and an HR degree or payroll diploma are required. A business management qualification is preferred.
