What the job is

This is a full-time position for a Senior HR and Payroll Software Consultant at iOCO, a technology company based in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role involves working with clients to implement and support HR and payroll software solutions, specifically the Symplexity HR and Payroll modules.

What you will do

You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and prepare detailed documentation of their requirements. You will configure and implement the Symplexity HR and Payroll software according to client specifications. You will conduct internal and user acceptance testing to ensure the system works correctly. You will also manage project activities, provide updates, and give feedback to clients. Additionally, you will train clients on how to use the software and provide ongoing support as outlined in their service agreements. Travel to client sites may be required based on project needs.

What you need

You must have proven experience in HR and payroll environments, with a strong understanding of HR and payroll terminology, as well as statutory and legislative knowledge. Experience in implementing HR and payroll technology is essential. You should be skilled in preparing business requirement documents and providing customer support in HR and payroll settings. A Grade 12 certificate and an HR degree or payroll diploma are required. A business management qualification is preferred.
