What the job is

This is a full-time position for a VIP Personal Host at Sun International in Polokwane, Limpopo. The role focuses on providing a high-quality, personalized experience to VIP casino customers. You will help attract, grow, and keep valuable customer relationships for the company.

What you will do

You will act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, building strong relationships with them. Your duties include meeting and greeting customers, arranging their accommodation and transport, and assisting with their gaming needs. You will also handle complaints, manage customer profiles, and organize personalized experiences and events. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to ensure VIP service standards are met and track the success of VIP initiatives.

What you need

You must have a Grade 12 certificate and meet the requirements for a Gaming Licence. At least 2 years of experience in guest relations or sales is required, with hospitality industry experience being a plus. You should also have 1 year of supervisory or management experience and be skilled in building customer relationships. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to work shifts are necessary, and knowing an additional language is beneficial.
