What you will do

What you need

You should have experience in technical troubleshooting and customer service. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are important. You need to be able to manage your time well and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and back-office operations will be helpful. The ability to work both on-site and remotely is required. You should also be comfortable training others and sharing knowledge.
