This is a full-time Business Development Executive role at Raizcorp in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You will work with big companies to solve important challenges while helping new businesses grow.

What you will do

You will find and secure new corporate clients by reaching out, networking, and building relationships. You will understand client needs and design custom solutions for Enterprise and Supplier Development, Skills Development, and Socio-Economic Development. You will work directly with top executives like CEOs and CFOs to close high-value deals. You will manage the full sales process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing agreements. You will also maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring renewals and identifying new opportunities to earn ongoing commissions.

What you need

You must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B, corporate, or solution sales with a strong track record of closing high-value deals. You should be comfortable working with senior decision-makers and managing sales pipelines effectively. You need to be highly driven, resilient, and accountable. It is also important that you are a natural at finding new business, think strategically, and can confidently engage in boardroom discussions.
