What the job is

This is a Learning Content Designer position at Raizcorp, based in Sandton, Gauteng. The role involves creating and improving learning materials for online, virtual, and in-person training programs. You will work with Raizcorp Academy to develop content that is clear, engaging, and effective for learners.

What you will do

You will develop, update, and maintain learning content for various Raizcorp programs. This includes researching new topics, creating structured learning frameworks, and writing, editing, and designing materials like slide decks, workbooks, and digital learning elements. You will also review content from others, manage the development process, and incorporate feedback to improve quality. Additionally, you will help maintain instructional design standards and contribute to digital learning platforms.

What you need

You need at least 5 years of experience in content development, learning design, instructional design, copywriting, or a related field. A relevant 3-year qualification in writing, communications, education, or similar is required. Strong written English, visual design skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite are essential. You should also be comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and have a good understanding of adult learning principles.

What you will get

The salary for this permanent, full-time role ranges from R360,000 to R480,000 per year. You will work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of learning experiences.
