What the job is

Mustard Seed Relationship Marketing, a leading shopping centre marketing agency in South Africa, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The company is growing quickly, adding more shopping centres, clients, and campaigns, so they need someone who can help manage and expand their marketing efforts in the retail property space.

What you will do

You will manage multiple shopping centre portfolios and lead regional marketing teams. Your role will involve driving strategic retail campaigns from the initial concept stage all the way through to execution. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working closely with operations, digital, design, and procurement teams. You will also ensure that campaigns stay on track, clients remain satisfied, and all work meets high standards. Travel will be required as part of this role.

What you need

You must have at least 5 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of managing multiple clients or portfolios. Experience in shopping centre or retail marketing is essential. You should have a qualification in marketing, public relations, or communications. Strong strategic and campaign management skills are required, along with excellent relationship and stakeholder management abilities. You need to be organized, proactive, and able to lead with confidence while keeping projects moving forward.
