What the job is

What you will do

You will build strong relationships with line managers to understand their hiring needs. You will post job advertisements on the company’s HR system and source, screen, and interview candidates. You will handle bulk recruitment for franchise partners and corporate stores, including conducting assessments and reference checks. You will also gather supporting documents, prepare recruitment packs, order uniforms, and submit packs to HR administrators. Additionally, you will work closely with the Operations and Training departments.

What you need

You must have a Diploma in Human Resources or a related qualification, though this is not mandatory. You need at least 2 years of experience in bulk recruitment. You should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, and you must be a team player. Experience with MS Office is required, and you must be willing to travel for new store openings.
