What the job is

This is a Casual Sales Consultant position at iStore, located at The Grove in Windhoek, Namibia. iStore is the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Africa, offering expert advice, repairs, training, and support for all Apple products. The company has over 40 stores across Africa and is known for its high-quality customer service and technical expertise.

What you will do

You will help customers experience the latest Apple technology and services firsthand. Your main role will be to approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide complete solutions. You will create memorable experiences for customers by presenting Apple products effectively. You will also work to maximize sales opportunities in the store. The company will provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in this role.

What you need

You must have at least a Matric certificate. Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or knowledge of Apple products would be an advantage. You should be passionate about technology and have strong communication skills. You must enjoy teamwork and providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who needs flexibility and does not want a full-time position.
